Job Description

Supervise finishing works (tiling, plastering, painting, façade installation).
Ensure alignment with architectural drawings (layouts, elevations, material specs).
Inspect aesthetic quality (e.g., surface finishes, alignment, waterproofing)
Monitor formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring (slabs, beams, columns).
Verify compliance with structural drawings (rebar spacing, load-bearing elements).
Coordinate with engineers for design changes or technical issues
Conduct daily inspections to ensure work meets industry standards
Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
Any ad-hoc duties asigned
