SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

Support project management by monitoring progress and supervising site activities to ensure timely and quality completion. Lead coordination efforts among stakeholders and provide technical guidance on rebar and bar bending works to drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with schedules and quality standards
• Coordinate and liaise effectively with project engineers, site supervisors, consultants, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth project execution
• Plan and schedule bar bending (BB) activities, allocating workers to meet project timelines
• Supervise and coordinate the rebar team, providing technical support to resolve construction challenges
• Assess progress claims accurately and prepare detailed reports for management review
• Review and coordinate shop drawings with project engineers and site supervisors to ensure alignment with project requirements
• Advise construction foremen on work sequencing and resource arrangement to optimize workflow
• Communicate project progress clearly to workers to maintain alignment and productivity
• Provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager, highlighting key milestones and issues
• Participate in technical and site meetings with consultants, offering practical technical solutions to challenges
• Execute additional ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned to support project objectives
