- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (videos, photos, reels) for social platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram
- Plan and execute Content Calender
- Film and edit short-form videos using mobile tools like CapCut or similar apps
- Take and edit high-quality lifestyle photos for social media, website, and promotions
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all content
Community Engagement
- Monitor and engage with followers, respond to DMs and comments, and manage online interactions
- Identify and collaborate with local creators to expand reach
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to promote new menu launches, seasonal promos, and brand initiatives
- Design and draft Campaign banners
- Track performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and audience feedback
Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other social media insights to track performance
- Prepare monthly reports and translate findings into actionable improvements
E-commerce Platform Support
- Assist with marketplace listings like Shopee,Lazada,Tiktok,Fairprice online,Redmart.
General Marketing Support
- Assist with photoshoots, marketing events, and branding activities
- Support ad hoc marketing tasks as needed
Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (e.g. from a Singapore Polytechnic or local university)
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management (Mother and baby Industry will be a Plus)
Skills Required:
- Strong photo and video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Lightroom, or Photoshop
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Familiar with Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and basic performance reporting
- Creative thinker with good visual sense and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
