The Social Media Marketing Intern will enhance the company's social media presence by creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This role involves crafting compelling brand stories through short-form videos, reels, stories, and posts, as well as shooting and editing videos, and appearing on camera. The intern will also stay updated with the latest digital technologies and social media best practices and may travel within Singapore for content creation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research trends, formats and best practices to improve content performance and audience engagement.
- Conceptualize, film, and design/edit high-quality visual assets (video and static) for digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Assist in planning the monthly content calendar and scheduling posts.
- Assist in production of educational content featuring Speech Therapists and Dieticians
- Assist in food styling and product photography/videography, ensuring adherence to visual brand guidelines.
- Ensure content is produced with sensitivity and respect for seniors, caregivers, and families.
- Assist during events and outreach, helping with end-to-end logistics and content creation.
Key Requirements
- Education: Open to Polytechnic and University students, Diploma holders, and career switch applicants
- Commitment: Available for a full-time internship with a minimum 6-month commitment
- Content Creation Skills: 1) Proficient in tools such as CapCut and Canva 2) Able to research, conceptualise ideas, and execute tasks independently
- On-Camera Presence: Comfortable and confident speaking on camera, including in public settings
- Mobility: Willing to travel across Singapore for filming and content creation assignments
- Self-Starter: Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
- Digitally Aware: Keeps up with social media trends, platform features, and algorithm updates
- Professionalism: Able to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally when filming in clinical or sensitive environments
- Has an active personal social media presence added as an advantage
