Software and Applications Manager

We are looking for an experienced Manager to oversee the company’s IT operations, infrastructure, and software systems. You will ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology support for both office and project site operations, while leading IT initiatives that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Manage daily IT operations, including networks, servers, cloud services, and endpoints.

• Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, software deployments, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Oversee IT vendors, service providers, and the IT budget.

• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of software systems and business applications.

• Ensure application security, compliance, and reliability.

• Lead, mentor, and manage IT team members.

• Provide timely IT support, guidance, and training to staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• 5–8 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software systems, and cybersecurity.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in engineering or project-based environments is a plus.
