Sports Administration cum Sports Coach

Are you passionate about sports and enjoy working with people? We’re looking for a Sports Administration cum Sports Coach to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise coaches during classes to ensure quality delivery

Deploy coaches across school programs and ensure coverage

Handle coach leave/MC requests and update deployment schedules

Oversee coach punctuality and adherence to company programs

Assist in hiring and onboarding of new coaches

Maintain updated records of coach certifications (e.g., First Aid, MOE cert)

Collect and compile students’ mid- and end-year progress reports from coaches

Work closely with the coaching team and schools to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Prior experience in sports coaching or administration is a bonus

Responsible, punctual, and proactive
