Administrative Assistant Role:
- Assist Senior Admin in assignments given. Taking minutes during meetings, liaising with various parties and assist the Sports Team to ensure effective and efficient operation of the department.
- Planning events / lessons plan / camps
- Deployment of coaches
- Recruitment of coaches
- Ensure coaches are adhere to the company's SOPs
- Collate data from sports coaches and update students mid/end year progress report
- Attend mandatory training for instructor
- Attend mandatory events such as Camps, Weekend Events etc
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor
Coaching Role:
- Teaching values and character through sports (Sportsmanship, Discipline etc)
- Carry out fun activities and exercises for coordination, balance, agility, turning, jumping
- Maintain a professional image at all times and carry out lessons in a professional manner
- Enjoy working with children age 7 to 12 years old
- Demonstrate competency in various sports
- Assess students according to grading rubrics
- Exhibit classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and engage children
Requirements:
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Experience in playing sports and/or coaching
- Proficient with Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Willing to travel as location is Islandwide
- Able to work independently with initiative.
- Outgoing, Bubbly & Teamplayer
- Min. Higher Nitec and above
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 9am - 6pm
