Skills/Requirements:
- Extensive expertise in DRAM and HBM devices, with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience.
- Proven track record in the development and optimization of manufacturing flows from wafer to cube for DRAM and HBM devices, including the design of complex tests, macros, and debugging codes.
- Advanced proficiency in design and circuitry, with a demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve intricate failures, backed by at least 10 years of practical experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Optimized Test Coverage:
- Ensure comprehensive and optimized test coverage for all current and future HBM design architectures and process nodes, leaving no gaps in testing.
2. Product Development and Validation:
- Develop, validate, characterize, and rigorously qualify next-generation HBM products, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
3.Support for New Product Design Validation:
- Provide extensive support for design verification and in-depth circuit analysis of new products.
- Utilize advanced CAD tools and Verilog simulations to ensure precision.
4. Yield Improvement and Cost Reduction:
- Significantly improve manufacturing test yields.
- Drastically reduce test time and resolve complex yield-related issues.
- Consistently meet aggressive cost reduction and yield targets.
5. Root Cause Analysis:
- Identify and resolve intricate manufacturing test flow issues.
- Address qualification and RMA device issues with thorough analysis.
6. Promotion of Innovation:
- Drive substantial innovation and implement changes to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
7. Mentorship and Development:
- Actively develop and mentor team members, fostering significant growth and development.
8. Project Management:
- Develop advanced project management skills within the team.

- Collaborate with Design Validation (DV) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams on customer returns to identify new tests.
- Work with the Global Quality Team (GQ) to ensure reliability.
13. Partnership with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing:
- Create and deliver high-impact presentations internally and externally.
- Participate in critical meetings and troubleshoot, develop, or validate HBM component validation testing programs.
- Evaluate data sheets meticulously and provide detailed feedback to application engineers.
- Prioritize work with other groups effectively.
14. Technical Training and Expertise:
- Provide comprehensive on-the-job training (OJT) for new engineers.
- Instruct on advanced data presentation techniques and assist with complex data interpretation.
- Act as a product-specific point of contact with deep expertise.
- Attend and contribute to technical seminars.
