SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor site progress with internal teams and external parties to ensure work follows specifications and schedule
• Plan and schedule project activities, including tracking and managing materials and labor usage
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on site
• Read and interpret construction drawings to guide site activities
• Perform reinforcement concreting, tiling, plastering, and related finishing work to meet quality standards
• Supervise, inspect, and manage construction activities to maintain work quality and progress

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess at least Primary/Secondary/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/College, Professional Certificate, or Nitec in any field
• Have at least 1 year of working experience in a related construction field
