Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor site progress with internal teams and external parties to ensure work follows specifications and schedule
Plan and schedule project activities, including tracking and managing materials and labor usage
Ensure compliance with safety codes and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on site
Read and interpret construction drawings to guide site activities
Perform reinforcement concreting, tiling, plastering, and related finishing work to meet quality standards
Supervise, inspect, and manage construction activities to maintain work quality and progress

Required competencies and certifications

Possess at least Primary/Secondary/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/College, Professional Certificate, or Nitec in any field
Have at least 1 year of working experience in a related construction field
