Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of plywood and all timber.
• Lead the production team and train new hires.
• Track team's productivity and quality of work
• Allocate resources efficiently to reduce downtime
• Identify problems and recommend solutions
• Identify areas for improvement
• Take charge of workplace safety
• Help to resolve employee issues and disputes

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of previous industry and related product experience;
