SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor site progress with internal teams and external partners to ensure work follows specifications and timelines
• Plan and supervise project activities, including managing materials and labor to meet project goals
• Enforce compliance with safety codes and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on site
• Read and interpret construction drawings to guide site work accurately
• Perform reinforcement concreting, tiling, plastering, and other finishing tasks to meet quality standards
• Supervise, inspect, and manage construction activities to ensure proper execution and completion

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess at least Primary/Secondary/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/College, Professional Certificate, or Nitec in any field
• Have at least 1 year of working experience in a related construction field
