Roles and responsibilities:
• Supervise employees in the production operations to ensure quality production output.
• Manage a team in achieving production schedules, maximize resources and reduce waste.
• Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with the managers on loading and machine planning.
• Liaise with Logistics, Order Fulfilments and QA to ensure smooth running of operations.
• Responsible for staff scheduling including work assignment / rotation, rest-time and overtime.
• Ensure workplace safety and food safety regulations are being practiced at all times.
• Conduct OJT for new hires and ensure that all production workers are adequately trained.
• Work closely with other department supervisors to ensure production handovers are effectively communicated.
· Provide day to day production operational duties.
· Any other ad-hoc duties required by the Management.
Education and Work Requirements:
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in central kitchen, manufacturing environment or NITEC in Manufacturing or other relevant discipline.
• Passionate in food manufacturing, Hands-on work.
• Ability to lead a team in multi-language environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in FSSC and WSH.
