Job Description

Provide IT technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Develop, maintain, and improve internal IT systems and applications.
Support system users with account setup, software updates, and troubleshooting.
Assist in application development projects using Java, Python, Dart (Flutter), C#, and ASP.Net.
Ensure IT systems run efficiently and securely.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that enhance workflow.
Monitor and resolve IT incidents to minimize downtime.
Document IT processes and maintain user guides.
