IT Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported problems in a timely manner
• Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes, including account setup and equipment deployment
• Ensure compliance with IT security and data handling policies

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
