System Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyse and improve IT application systems and processes to optimize efficiency
• Manage application change requests and support project implementation
• Develop, configure, and test functions, web services, and system interfaces
• Customize workflows to enable ERP integration and smooth data exchange
• Troubleshoot user issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions
• Support and enhance Microsoft Dynamics AX, Metabase BI, and mobile applications
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related IT field
• Experience in ERP solutions on Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 and above) / Microsoft 365 will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and reporting services; X++ and .NET development experience is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask, self-motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively
• Willing to work outside office hours when required
