• Preventive and corrective maintenance of Building Management System, Energy management System
• Development of Functional Design Specifications, Software Design Specifications, Control Schematics/Write-up and other software/test documentation.
• Handle application programme change management, hardware deployment management & documentation
• Implantation of PLC/SCADA project from concept to design and programming
• Site Testing and Commissioning with clients.
• Interface design, implementation and testing between various third-party systems
• Meeting with clients, reports and documentation
• Capable of performing troubleshooting independently
• Implement improvement works to clients.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation / Building Technology).
• Experience in interfacing design, implementation and testing between various third-party systems using Modbus, BACNet or other protocols will be an advantage.
• 2 years’ working experience in building ACMV systems / PLC related experience.
• Must have Mitsubishi PLC programming experience
• Knowledge of SCADA (Niagara N4 or Mitsubishi MC Works) is an advantage.
• Have worked with Building Management System/SCADA/HVAC system is an advantage.
• A resourceful individual with good organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work during weekends or night jobs occasionally when required.
