Job Description & Requirements

Preventive and corrective maintenance of Building Management System, Energy management System

· Development of Functional Design Specifications, Software Design Specifications, Control Schematics/Write-up and other software/test documentation.

· Handle application programme change management, hardware deployment management & documentation

· Implantation of PLC/SCADA project from concept to design and programming

· Site Testing and Commissioning with clients.

· Interface design, implementation and testing between various third-party systems

· Meeting with clients, reports and documentation

· Capable of performing troubleshooting independently

· Implement improvement works to clients.

Requirement:

· Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation / Building Technology).

· Experience in interfacing design, implementation and testing between various third-party systems using Modbus, BACNet or other protocols will be an advantage.

· 2 years’ working experience in building ACMV systems / PLC relaated experience

· Must have Mitsubishi PLC programming experience

· Knowledge of SCADA (Niagara N4 or Mitsubishi MC Works) is an advantage

· Have worked with Building Management System/SCADA/HVAC system is an advantage.

· A resourceful individual with good organisation, time management and problem-solving skills.

· A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Able to work during weekends or night jobs occasionally when required.
