Technical Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal Java development team.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate client needs and feedback into detailed technical specifications for developers.
• Facilitate meetings, walkthroughs, and discussions to clarify requirements and ensure project alignment.
• Review technical deliverables and ensure they meet business expectations.
• Support project management activities such as timeline tracking, sprint planning, and issue escalation.
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English to bridge understanding between client and technical teams.
• Provide functional and technical support during testing, UAT, and deployment phases.
• Collaborate closely with Java developers to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding of backend systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator/Manager capacity.
• Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, and bridging technical and business discussions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
