IT Technician

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
• Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure
• Troubleshoot system errors and provide timely technical support to end-users
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT security protocols
• Perform regular data backups and recovery testing
• Assist in implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures
• Support procurement, setup, and inventory of IT equipment
• Liaise with external vendors for system support and maintenance
• Ensure cybersecurity measures and updates are in place
• Keep up to date with latest technology trends and apply relevant solutions

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux systems, and cloud platforms
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
