Role Mission:
- Oversee brand and trade marketing responsibilities for Agency brands (Spirits)
- Improve brand saliency through excellence in trade execution
Job Responsibilities:
- Build Brand and Trade Marketing Plan for Agency Brands
- Plan Trade Marketing Calendar.
- Work with Brand Owners to identify key initiatives and activities
2. Implementation of Trade Marketing activities
- Responsible for executing trade marketing programs in On/Off Trade.
- Work with sales teams to identify hit list of accounts to execute trade marketing activations.
- Responsible for the execution of Agency brand trade activations in respective channels.
- Work with external agencies to deliver trade activations.
3. Management of Resources
- Manage Trade Marketing Budget effectively to deliver set KPIs.
4. Tracking and Reporting
- Track activation progress and results
- Present key findings and make suggestions to strengthen efficacy of future activations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Min of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Candidate with relevant experience in the Beer, Wines and Spirits industry are preferred.
- Sound interpretation of consumer trends and behaviours
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Capable of working well in a variety of team dynamics
