Job Description

Responsibilities of a Training Executive

1. Training Operations & Administration

  • Coordinate and oversee training schedules, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, course material preparation, and enrollment processes.
  • Liaise with learners, trainers, and relevant departments to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Maintain and monitor learning management systems and training records.

2. Learner Management & Customer Service

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote training courses and maximize enrollment rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with learners to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
  • Facilitate effective learning experiences for participants.

3. Curriculum Development & Training Delivery

  • Design and develop training programs and materials tailored to organizational needs.
  • Facilitate in-person and online training sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with department heads to tailor training plans.

4. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure training programs meet industry regulations, certifications, and company policies.
  • Manage training budgets and resources effectively.
  • Liaise with external training vendors and authorities for course registration and compliance.
  • Prepare and present reports and statistics related to training activities.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with digitized learning systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in training or educational roles.
  • Familiarity with the Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) framework and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) ,TP Gateway, CFA/BCLS platforms is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and multi-task to meet competing deadlines
  • Pro-active and meticulous with good analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills
