Job Description

A team player with the ability to work across teams to meet time-sensitive business objectives
Good listening skills and retention/memory
Dependable and committed to fulfilling obligations
Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with reports software, building queries
Coordination experience, preferred
Ability to work with others at various levels within the organization
To assist in setting up presentation equipment (Projector, computer, etc)
To prepare and monitor administrative work (Filing, keeping records, registration of participant of training courses, compiling evaluation feedback analysis, preparing physical training materials, photocopying, packing, couriering)
To keep stock counts of training's property, materials and maintaining stock level of the materials
To do video recording and having them converted into CD to keep in the company's VCD library
To collect and compile relevant articles from Newspaper and magazine or any form of reading materials relevant to our trade
To set up and maintain the company's training library
