We’re looking for a Vice President, Group Quality Management to join our talented team and play a key role to foster a culture of quality, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to global regulatory and customer standards across all products and solutions.


About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic Vice President, Group Quality Management to lead the development and execution of quality assurance strategies across our Global Operations. This pivotal role will champion a culture of quality, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with global regulatory and customer requirements across all our products and solutions. This role reports to the Group Chief Corporate Officer from Corporate Office.


Key Responsibilities


1. Quality Governance & Strategy

Develop and enforce robust quality policies, procedures, and standards aligned with business goals and international regulatory requirements.


2. Quality Methodologies

Lead the implementation and evolution of Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, and other proven methodologies to build a strong, sustainable quality culture.


3. Systems & Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all products and systems conform to defined specifications, safety regulations, and customer expectations.


4. Global Quality Leadership

Integrate and oversee cross-functional teams across Quality Assurance (QA), Supplier Management, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Service Centres, and Technical Support to deliver measurable quality improvements.


5. Risk & Failure Analysis

Spearhead proactive risk mitigation through Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis (DFMEA) processes, collaborating across R&D, Engineering, and Operations.


6. Continuous Improvement & Metrics

Monitor key quality indicators, identify trends, and drive corrective/preventive actions to elevate product and process performance.


7. Audit & Compliance Oversight

Lead internal and external quality audits and ensuring compliance while simplifying and improving process efficiency.


8. Product Development Support

Collaborate with Engineering, R&D and Manufacturing teams to embed Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and quality standards into new product development.


9. Leadership & Culture

Inspire a global mindset of quality excellence. Influence teams across regions and functions to champion quality at every stage.


What We’re Looking For


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering Management.
  • At least 15 years of experience in R&D, quality assurance, reliability engineering, or testing in technology or manufacturing environments – preferably in Factory setting. Experience in Energy industries or Utility sectors will be an advantage.
  • Strong background and solid working experience in Total Quality Management, Six Sigma, or other quality management systems, preferably within multinational environments (UK, EU, USA, Japan, Korea, Australia, or similar).
  • Good knowledge of product engineering processes, from design, development and testing to manufacturing, continuous improvement, and lifecycle quality assurance.
  • Excellent leadership with strategic thinking skills, strong analytical skills with ability to lead diverse multi-functional teams across regions.
