Job Descriptions:
Receiving and Processing Goods
- Accept deliveries of goods and inspect for quality and accuracy.
- Unpack and verify the contents against purchase orders or delivery notes.
- Record incoming stock in inventory systems.
- Report discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
Storing Inventory
- Organize goods in the designated storage areas according to established systems.
- Label items clearly for easy identification and tracking.
- Ensure stock is stored in a clean, organized, and secure manner.
Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or distribution to outlets.
- Label and process shipping documents accurately.
- Coordinate with couriers or drivers for outgoing deliveries.
Inventory Management
- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate records.
- Update inventory tracking systems and notify supervisors of low stock levels.
- Help maintain optimal stock levels to meet operational demands.
Equipment and Safety
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners (if trained and certified).
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow organizational safety protocols.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors, outlet managers, and team members.
- Provide support for inventory audits or physical stock checks.
- Communicate effectively regarding operational challenges or workflow improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, sometimes repeatedly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment handling (e.g., forklifts, if applicable).
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not always required.
- Able to work on 5.5 days work week including PH.
