Warehouse Assistant

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Warehouse Assistant:

Job Responsibilities:

• Issue spare parts based on Material Requests (MR) accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods for quantity and condition.
• Label, palletize, and arrange parts systematically for storage.
• Assist with the unloading (unstuffing) of containers as required.
• Comply with internal guidelines and procedures for stock handling and control.
• Support periodic stock take exercises under the guidance of Team Leaders.
• Maximize warehouse space through effective organization and binning practices.
• Assist with daily warehouse operations and general logistics tasks.
• Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness in accordance with housekeeping and safety requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Job Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Strong communication and comprehension skills to effectively follow work instructions.
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center operations is preferred.
• Forklift license or experience operating a forklift is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory or stock tracking systems.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 2,580 + Allowances
• Working Location: Sembawang
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work, Monday to Friday : 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday (alternate) : 8.30am to 12.30pm
