Key Responsibilities:

Production Management: Monitoring production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and resolving any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.

Resource Management: Managing materials, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth production flow.

Safety Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures.

Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure finished products meet standards.

Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving production-related issues, such as equipment malfunctions or material shortages.

Communication: Maintaining clear communication with management, other departments, and staff regarding production progress and issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

Carpentry and Woodworking Knowledge: Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, woodworking tools, and materials.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication with staff, management, and other stakeholders.

Safety Awareness: Thorough understanding of safety procedures and regulations.

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and moving materials.
