Primary Responsibilities (Workshop/Store)
- Manage inventory, receiving, sorting, labelling, and organizing goods in the workshop/store.
- Assist with stock audits, maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and item locations.
- Operate warehouse and lifting equipment such as trolleys, forklifts, scissor lifts, pallet jacks, handtrucks, and power tools, ensuring all machinery is used safely and appropriately.
- Ensure all equipment are re-certification / valid before deployment to site.
- Maintain cleanliness, safely, and orderliness of the workshop / store area, following proper housekeeping procedures.
- Support team members with inquires, product retrieval, and workshop-related logistics, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Secondary Responsibilities (Driving duties)
- Deliver goods, equipment, and materials to clients and project sites, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance (e.g. fuel, tire pressure, cleanliness), reporting any issues promptly.
- Complete delivery records and manage all required documentation accurately.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods at both pickup and drop-off points, ensuring items are handled with care.
Requirements
- Prior experience in store / warehouse assistance preferred.
- Valid Class 3 license with a clean record.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 25kg) and perform physical tasks.
- Basic organizational and inventory management skills.
- Safety-conscious and reliable.
- Basic understanding and communication in English.
Working Conditions
- Split between workshop / store tasks (70%) and driving duties (30%)
- May involve occasional overtime or outdoor work during deliveries
