Job Description/ Roles & Responsibilities

• You will liaise closely to the Project Managers on workplace safety, health to maintain a high level of safety at the sites
• Develop, implement and monitor company EHS Programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conducts regular site safety inspection and enforce compliance of prevailing MOM Safety Acts and Regulations
• Enforces all safety requirements and in-house safety rules and regulations
• Conduct monthly Safety committee meetings.
• Continous improvement on EHS system through the effective implementation of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management standards
• Review and maintain site's environmental, health and safety records.
• Carry out training to all workers, staff and site personnel on EHS

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering/ Environmental, Health and Safety or relevant courses
• Must be registered WSHO with MOM.
• Mininum 3 years relevant working experience in a construction industry.
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate with people of all levels
