WSQ Full time Trainer

Description:

.Conduct in-house and WSQ training programs

· Analysing learning needs and formulating training strategies

· Design curriculum, develop training material and executes training activities including but not limited to classroom facilitation and conducts course assessment

· Analyses and reviews training feedbacks and evaluation for any improvement on each training program conducted

· Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

*Candidate must possess ACLP or ACTA qualifications

*Candidate must have at least 2 years teaching experience in the respective fields.

*Candidate must have at least 5 years construction experience

* Strong knowledge in Safety Field

* Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office

* Candidate must possess code of ethics for trainer

* Good knowledge in WSQ frameworks

* Ability to work within deadlines

* Demonstrate strong instructional writing skills

*Bengali-language trainer required to conduct WSQ and non-WSQ courses. Proficiency in Bengali is essential due to the nature of training content.
