The Youth Wellness Lead will drive innovative initiatives to inspire and support young people in their journey toward personal growth and mental wellness. Key Responsibilities

1. Dream, Design & Deliver Programs

Create and lead inspiring youth wellness programs that empower young people to grow, thrive, and shine.

Take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing programs that hit timelines, budgets, and hearts.

Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes with top-notch logistical and administrative support.

Collect feedback like a pro and turn insights into actions that make programs even better.

Manage funding applications and keep a sharp eye on financial performance, ensuring everything stays transparent and on track.

Build a library of project knowledge so every new initiative starts with a head start.

2. Connect, Collaborate & Cultivate Partnerships

Build meaningful connections with partners, stakeholders, and collaborators who share our mission to uplift youth.

Be the friendly face and passionate voice of the centre online and offline.

Work hand-in-hand with partners to create win-win collaborations that take our programs to new heights.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or degree in social services, counseling, or related discipline

At least 2+ years of experience in Project management or in a similar position

Experience in working with youth and/or children

Singaporean and PR preferred
