To ensure a more secure and streamlined login process for all our users, ShopperLink is transitioning from email-based One-Time Passwords (OTPs) to SMS-based OTPs. This enhancement is designed to provide you with a more seamless and efficient experience when accessing your ShopperLink accounts.

What This Means for You

This transition primarily affects users who manage multiple ShopperLink accounts linked to the same mobile number. With SMS OTPs, each mobile number will be associated with a single login OTP at a time. Therefore, if you currently have several accounts sharing one mobile number, you will need to take a specific action to ensure continued smooth access.

Action Required: Review Your Accounts

We kindly request that users with multiple accounts sharing a common mobile number review their ShopperLink accounts. Please ensure you remove your mobile number from any unwanted or inactive ShopperLink accounts. This will help prevent any login disruptions once the SMS OTP system is fully implemented.
