Understanding the Transition to SMS OTPs
To facilitate a more seamless and robust login experience, ShopperLink will soon be transitioning from email-based One-Time Passwords (OTPs) to SMS-based OTPs for all login attempts. This change aims to provide a quicker, more direct method for authentication, leveraging the ubiquity of mobile phones to ensure you can access your account efficiently and securely.
Important Action Required for Multiple Account Holders
While this transition brings enhanced convenience, users who manage multiple ShopperLink accounts linked to the *same mobile number* will be affected. To ensure uninterrupted access to all your accounts, we strongly advise you to review your ShopperLink profiles. If you have any accounts you no longer use or that are unnecessarily linked to your primary mobile number, please remove your mobile number from those unwanted accounts. This crucial step must be completed by 14 April 2025.
