I visited this outlet twice, once to enquire about a SIMBA plan and once for Shopee collection.
Both times: Horrible customer service. The lady at the collection counter is rude, and the guy at the main counter is always so slow.
I think SIMBA is generally a good service, but perhaps you should employ different people at your countersāpeople who actually want to help your business and not destroy its name or service.
I've been calling them for 3 days. Not a single call has been answered. I was thinking of signing up for their broadband, but not anymore. If I sign up and then face a problem with the network or device, and they can't be reached after 3 days of continuous calling, then it's going to be a nightmare in the future.

I would like to thank Crystal for her patience and help in processing my senior SIM card yesterday, 28/2. After installation, this pleasant lady gave me a good explanation and **demonstrated** how to check and top up my account and auto-roaming. She **provided** clear answers to my queries. I am impressed by her positive and friendly attitude. A good **teamwork** atmosphere at this outlet indeed!
On April 1, 2024, from 8:45 to 9:00 PM, there were about 5 people in the queue in front of me. I witnessed a lady service officer clear the queue with politeness and patience towards everyone. She explained the steps and made adjustments to my HP. She also provided DIY steps should we change the settings on the HP again. Professional and excellent service!
Tim from the Canberra branch was awesome! He was super patient and efficient in sorting out my issue. He made switching to an eSIM a breeze and even helped me process my other SIM card quickly. Thanks!
Fast and easy. This is actually not a store, but more of a counter within a mobile phone store. The shop specializes in mobile phones and accessories. The Simba collection point is within the store. No-frills and fast collection. Highly recommended.
