I've been a loyal customer for a long time. However, today I ordered via Grab self-pickup, and the order was placed on my wife's phone. When I went to the store to pick it up, the staff said I couldn't because I hadn't swiped "collected." How was I supposed to swipe when my wife wasn't with me?! The staff rudely insisted that she couldn't hand over the drink, which was already paid for. Such lousy service, seemingly because they were worried about not receiving money. And now you've lost a loyal customer. Avoid Yi Fang at all costs!

Not recommended for walk-ins, because you might have to wait a very long time, even with just two queue numbers in front of you. They seem to have a lot of staff, but the queue numbers didn't seem to be moving. I waited about 20 minutes for two people ahead of me; one of whom ordered just one cup, and the other group ordered two cups.

Tastes okay, priced slightly on the higher side. Worth a try though.

Ordered cheese milk foam peach fruit tea from the Canberra Plaza store. The cost was higher than at other locations. This was my first time ordering from here and trying the milk foam tea. The menu picture showed the foam as very thick, but when I received my drink, the foam was so thin. Even when I gave feedback to the staff, they just didn't care... Disappointed.

Today, I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for just 3 drinks for a Foodpanda delivery. There weren't many customers, but the preparation was very, very slow. It's a pity customers had to wait for an hour for their drinks upon ordering. Sigh. It was a bad day for delivery, and a waste of time waiting.

Love the wintermelon lemonade fruit tea. Never tried it before in other shops, but this one made me try it, and now I keep ordering like it's free! SUPER GOOD. So is their Grape Fruit Tea. MUST TRY!! 😍

Affordable and nice tea-based shop.

If you’re looking for a wider range of products and brands, this NTUC FairPrice outlet might not be the best for you. Nonetheless, it provides sufficient quality products for the neighbourhood in Canberra, including fresh vegetables, meat, frozen foods, seafood, and more. They also have OCBC and DBS/POSB ATMs inside if you require simple banking facilities. A good point is that it’s on the same level as the car park, so after groceries, you can simply walk to your lot and load up your stuff.
