The barista was very friendly! The breakfast set was really nice too!

This Starbucks branch at Canberra Plaza has a very open seating area. I ordered the Toffee Nut Christmas Coffee drink to go. The consistency of their coffee drinks is good across all Starbucks branches, including this one. The Christmas cake is good but pricey. Overall, it's good to have a Christmas coffee and cake at the end of every year.

The taste isn't consistent; sometimes it's extremely bitter. I won't go to this store if it's not the only one in front of my house. The atmosphere is good, but there are not enough seats.

I come to this Starbucks pretty often but never felt more special than today! Isryad (I hope I didn't get his name wrong, and I think he might be quite new here too) is such a lovely person. He has such high energy and spotted that it's my birthday month on my card, wishing me a happy birthday. When I told him it was my actual birthday, he surprised me with a card! Another Starbucks I visited recently didn't say anything. Thank you for making my morning! ❤️

All aspects of the outlet were up to usual Starbucks standards. However, a male staff member was overly aggressive, confrontational, and disrespectful towards us. We will not patron this outlet again.

Would like to compliment both Aliyah and Ishyad for acceding to my requests promptly. I had 4 voucher packs/rewards which I redeemed today. Although Aliyah seemed a little stressed out from the orders, Ishyad stepped in and completed the transactions smoothly. All the orders were accurate despite my confusion about one of the orders. When they gave me the cups, they even wrote some niceties with smileys, and Aliyah even apologized for the confusion earlier, which I assured her was fine. So, kudos to both staff for their professional outlook.

Vegan with Egg? I normally hang out at Starbucks at Canberra Plaza. I love the place and the service. The staff are extremely professional. Last week, I was early and wanted to have a bite. I told them I am vegetarian, and they recommended the Vegan Wrap. After taking the first bite, there was a huge strip of EGGS. I am surprised Starbucks doesn't know the difference between Vegan and Ovo-Vegetarian. Nevertheless, this does not alter my perception of the place, and I will continue to visit.

On May 17, 2023, I saw a medium-sized cockroach walking behind the blender. On May 24, I spotted a medium-sized cockroach again. I'm not sure if it was the same one from May 17. It was standing on top of the powder container. A female staff member tried to use a towel to push the cockroach away. You know what? My cup was right next to the powder container... I'm done!

The staff are friendly, drinks are well presented, and the place is clean and tidy. Good place to relax and have a drink. 😋😋😋 …

Somewhat disappointed with the reward I redeemed earlier this afternoon. I paid half for a Venti Caramel Macchiato as a member’s privilege, but ended up with a bland drink. This is actually one of my favorite drinks, so I know what it should be like. Gone off the standard? Cannot maintain the proportions? How to ensure uniformity of drinks’ taste?
