First time doing my nails here. I love their service, and the staff are very, very friendly and proactive! They helped me find a design and colours that suited me.

Great attention to detail. The people who work here take pride in their work. I did my bridal nails here, and I'm so happy with the result. I got French tip almond nails with a chrome finish, and they look excellent.

WARNING: DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS SOAKED OFF HERE. I know this nail salon offers nail soak-off service at a cheaper price compared to others, but please, please avoid this place…might as well go to home-based nail salons. Unless you want your nails to get damaged really badly because of how thin the person has made your nails, and suffer pain with every touch for the following weeks…Sure, go ahead. Strongly not recommended. I would give negative stars if only I could.

D'Pixies Nails is located at Canberra Plaza #02-08. Tel: 69708477. This outlet has 5 mani-pedi chairs, with a room for eyebrow embroidery and eyelash extensions. Excellent, quality service provided by experienced manicurists. The price is reasonable. Thumbs up!

Visited this store thinking it was under the Pixie chain (it’s not), but decided to do an express gel manicure anyway. Was very well taken care of by Felicia, who was sweet and very detailed. You can tell she enjoys her job and is passionate about making the nail designs as pretty as they can be.

I had my gel pedi here, then came back for a classic pedicure. They still wanted to charge me for the soak-off. The nail tech recognized my set but insisted that, even with a classic pedi procedure, they had to charge me an additional $10, when the soak-off should be part of a classic treatment. Bye, never.

Very upset. I came twice prior, and it was full, which I understand. I came today at 11:30 AM, and it was still full, so I verbally booked for 1:30 PM, and both staff members said okay. They asked me to leave my number, but I told them I was just going next door for a massage, after which I would come straight back. I came at 1:30 PM after my massage, and they had taken another 1:30 PM appointment and told me to come at 4:00 PM. What is this!? By this time, it was my third time coming, and I didn't get to get my nails done. I'm very disappointed, and the way they explained it to me was very dismissive and indifferent.

They deserve a five-star review as their staff is so friendly and the service is excellent.

I have been here several times over the past year or more. My nails always look great, and my time is valued. By asking me to come back at a later time, they prevent my wasted time. Usually, however, I can walk right in, and they work quickly. Everyone is always very sweet.

Staff are wonderful and polite, but the lady boss is something else. She sweet-talks you into buying a package, but after that, she is unreasonable and rude. With these prices, you're better off going to Far East Plaza or Bugis.
