They didn't let me pay and instead let the people behind me pay first. This was very biased and not a good form of respect towards me as a customer. They do not deserve any respect, as it seems they believe the world revolves around them. I clearly don't understand how it is so hard to just let me pay first when I was first in line. This is just plain bias against my race as a Chinese person. I don't recommend coming here to buy things; they do not show any form of respect towards any customers here, nor do they treat them as human beings.

Poor staff, poor management. Often, when I buy things there at night, I'm not provided with a receipt. Furthermore, employees there chit-chat too casually and loudly with each other in the 7-Eleven store, disregarding whether they are serving a customer at the cashier or not. I brought an item priced at $1.80 to the cashier, but the cashier asked for $2.20 for it, even after I mentioned it was labeled $1.80. He gave me excuses like the price I'd seen ($1.80) was for a set purchase alongside a meal, or some other nonsense, which I couldn't be bothered to argue over for 40 cents. Overall, not recommended to patronize. I'd rather walk a bit more over to the nearby 24-hour Sheng Siong supermarket. I've given it enough chances. I won't patronize it ever again.

The Indian lady in her late 50s is very rude. I hope the management does something about it. I was in the queue, asking her if I could pay by PayWave, and she ignored me. I waited again until she finished her job, but no, she totally ignored me until I asked again. And she replied with a loud voice, "Can't you wait? You are disturbing me!" She could have simply had the courtesy to reply 'yes' or 'no'. That's all. Totally ridiculous.

Rude cashier. I've visited this 7-11 a few times before, but recently encountered a very rude cashier. When I was filling up a Slurpee cup, the lid exploded (probably due to the gas) and a little Slurpee landed on my shirt. I was about to ask the staff for some tissues to clean up the mess when the staff member abruptly raised her voice and told me, "What am I going to do about it?" They could have handled the situation much better.

One of the staff, a middle-aged Chinese man wearing spectacles, is extremely rude. I have had a few encounters with him. The tone of his voice is unpleasant, and he throws the things we purchased. VERY VERY VERY poor customer service! This is not acceptable.

I’ve been here once and met a rude lady (I believe Indian). When I was filling up a drink, I filled it a bit too much, and she asked me to put it in a bag while sighing. Not the best experience, but the other workers are usually polite and very helpful.
