This Guardian has really nice and friendly service! A lot of things are really easy for customers to find. All the staff are really good 👍.

Cashier is too slow—stuck with one customer for more than 5 minutes. Ridiculous. I walked off without buying.

The service staff were very nice, and the place was also kept very clean. I bought the Vienna bread to try. It was surprisingly soft and fluffy despite being kept in the fridge. For those who are curious, it’s basically a piece of white bread with butter and sprinkled with crunchy sugar bits. A simple childhood snack.

Bought 2 chocolate donuts at 11 am. Tried to eat them at 4 pm, but they already tasted rancid. Gross. They had a 臭油 taste. They were probably from yesterday. No QC.

If you don’t buy high-end birthday cakes, Swee Heng will only give you one free candle and charge you 30 cents per additional candle. I bought this cake with other cheesecakes (overall price not cheap), and received no free additional candles. I will think twice about visiting any Swee Heng again.

This relatively new outlet has a great selection of baked goods and other products that you might not find in their other outlets. Their items with cream cheese are my favourite. Recently, however, I've been seeing some flies hovering around and settling onto the food that is not in plastic packaging. I hope the management will look into this matter and get rid of the flies.

Poor management, poor service. No margarine available in this outlet for the past month, the reason given being that this is a small outlet. But white bread and kaya are available all the time. I think the margarine is a control item.
