We've been dropping parcels as a seller at this location for many years, since it first opened. As a seller, time is money, and accountability is very important. We've worked well with the staff, especially Siva, even though she's only been working there for about a year. She is efficient and knowledgeable when approached for advice. We look forward to working with her and the location for years to come!

Premium SG used to be my go-to drop-off point for my Shopee/Ninja orders when the larger Chinese man was working there. After the staff switched to the Indian lady, the service level dropped. She lacked professionalism and asked me to scan my own parcels (I have at least 50 parcels per drop-off), even though they are paid per order scanned. If I asked her to scan my parcels, she would do so unwillingly, throwing the parcels and overall showing poor customer service. Nowadays, I drop off my parcels at the shop next door, SIMBA; they are more friendly and will happily scan your parcels for you.

Firstly, the employee working there, whose name is Zhide, deserves praise for his kind actions. My grandma, who didn't know how to buy a SIM card, went there to get one. He not only patiently helped her but also explained all the useful information, such as how many GBs she needed, and even helped her set up the SIM card. Thank you on behalf of my grandma.

I ordered the Char Siu spicy miso ramen. As someone who loves ramen, this ramen isn't bad, but it's not the best. Eating this ramen made me feel very cozy and warm. What I didn't like was that it wasn't spicy enough. As a spice lover, my go-to ramen option is always the spicy one. Though the broth wasn't very spicy, I thought it was rich and flavorful. However, for this price, there are better ramen options available. If the spicy miso ramen were spicier, I would really love it. Side note: I added a lot of the spice powder, but it wasn't spicy at all.

Tried the tonkotsu char siew ramen, and I'd say it's an above-average bowl of ramen. The broth is thick and has a rich texture. The ramen itself is also delicious and springy; you won't have any complaints. The add-on, with a top-up of $4, comes with a can of drink, two pieces of freshly fried chicken karaage, and some edamame. The total cost is about $15, which is an average price for ramen in a shopping center.

This ramen place is quite affordable, and the soup tasted good. A basic ramen costs $9, and it's an additional $4 for a side and a drink. The pork slice is very thin but nice, though the egg was a bit overcooked. I think it sat out too long before being served. I also noted some inflexibility in the restaurant; they don't allow moving or adjusting tables to accommodate the number of people in your party.
