Not a bad shop; the gadgets are simple and cheap.

RUDE GUY. Sunbo should close down everywhere if this is how their staff is trained at every outlet. The guy who butchers the chicken is immoral. I asked for extra chicken and was charged $7.10, which is fine. But where is the extra chicken? How is this the portion with extra chicken I paid for? I double-checked and asked again, and he just said yes. Where is the HQ or customer service feedback to call about this? Horrible. No wonder the rating is 2.0.

The Chinese guy who takes my order is very rude. I asked for chicken porridge to eat in, but he packed it to go. Even though it was his mistake, he didn't apologize. He shouldn't be working there with his awful attitude.

The staff was very rude and didn't respond properly when I ordered food. They also made sarcastic remarks when I asked for my soup to be separated from the macaroni.

The best chicken rice in this shopping mall.

Bravo! I ordered steak and a chicken chop through Grab, but they arrived without the black pepper or mushroom sauce. The mushroom soup was also very watery.

"What "western"? This is Eastern. I've never seen food like this in the "West" (if that even means anything *other than* Eastern food 😆)."

The cashier was just rude.
