I had hair color, scalp, and hair treatments. Johnny did a great job with the hair color again, as this isn't my first time. The treatment was accompanied by a head and shoulder massage, which was fantastic. There was also a massage chair during the hair wash. Johnny is also accommodating and patient, and he has good cutting skills. His team also provides attentive service. The price is reasonable.

Amazing experience with Elin as always! I'm actually an old customer from the Hillion branch, but came to the Canberra branch to have my hair permed by Elin once I learned she moved there. This branch looks new and spacious too. Highly recommended and will definitely be back again!

Dropped by the Canberra outlet for the first time because my hairstylist Eileen moved over from Hillion 😭. Conveniently located just across from Canberra MRT, this space is much bigger and more comfortable, with relaxing massage chairs at the hair-wash area. Will definitely be back occasionally to visit my hairstylist!

Walked in on a Thursday evening and was greeted warmly by Elin. I inquired about a kids' haircut, and she helped to cut and wash both my toddlers' hair (5 and 3 years old). Even though my 3-year-old was scared and ran out of the store, Elin was patient, and my daughter eventually warmed up and enjoyed the whole cut and wash process. I was super pleased with the final haircut, and both girls felt like princesses. We will come again. Thanks, Elin!

Johnny is extremely professional and patient with my bleached and permed hair. He has done a great job on rebounding my roots without making it too flat. The end result is natural-looking. The entire process took him a long time to separate my bleach highlights before applying the rebounding lotion. I love the hairdo he does for me, and he is extremely gentle while paying a lot of attention to give my hair the best care. Highly recommended.

Johnny, my hairstylist from the Canberra Plaza branch, is super professional. I patronised him around January 24 this year to perm my hair, and here I am back to do a touch-up. My husband also joined me to have Johnny as our hairstylist. He is good at haircuts and has been very meticulous in his explanations and handling of my hair. Will be back again for sure.
