Do not collect Shopee parcels here. Honestly, I think they try to be as slow as possible so that people will just leave. In five minutes, there's a queue of 10-20 people because of how purposefully slow they are, which is frustrating. Staff will purposely slow down, pretending to do things for other people to avoid helping.

I would not recommend collecting Shopee parcels here. Just spend the extra money for home delivery, lol. The staff here cannot be bothered. I know it’s not their main business, but I don’t think they should collect commission from Shopee if they're not going to help.

A warning to all: Do not choose this as a Shopee collection point. The queue is very long, requiring a significant wait. A queue this long doesn't make sense for this collection point. Unless they have a separate counter for delivery collection, I won't consider using this location again.

"There is no separate counter for parcel collection. The staff are very chatty, but they ask you to queue and wait. I waited nearly an hour for one parcel collection. 😤"

Avoid doing business with this shop, especially when it comes to paying or purchasing anything. They are very dishonest.

"The staff at work have a bad attitude, and there are no procedures for handling things. If you want to pick up a package, you must leave it there, which is a waste of time. Basic courtesy isn't respected!"

Bought two chocolate donuts at 11 AM. Tried to eat them at 4 PM, but they already tasted rancid. Gross! They had a stale, oily taste, likely from the day before. There was no quality control.

If you don’t buy high-end birthday cakes, Swee Heng will only give you one free candle and charge you 30 cents per additional candle. I bought this cake with other cheesecakes (the overall price wasn't cheap) and didn't get any free additional candles. I will think twice before visiting Swee Heng again.

This relatively new outlet has a great selection of baked goods and other products that you might not find in their other locations. Their items with cream cheese are my favorite. Recently, however, I've been seeing some flies hovering around and landing on the food that isn't in plastic packaging. I hope management will look into this and get rid of the flies.

"Poor management and poor service. They haven't been selling margarine in this outlet for the past month, supposedly because it's a small outlet. However, white bread and kaya are always available. I suspect the margarine is a controlled item."
