Here are a few options, slightly different in their minimal changes: **Option 1 (Minimal, focuses on grammar):** "This was my first time trying it. The food was all cold and bland. The service staff even put both items into one bag instead of two bags." **Option 2 (Slightly more concise):** "This was my first time trying it. The food was all cold and bland. The service staff even put both items into one bag instead of two." *(Note: "instead of two" implies "two bags" clearly enough in context, making "bags" redundant if you prefer conciseness.)* **Let's go with Option 1 as it's slightly more explicit and universally clear without losing conciseness.** **Edited review:** "This was my first time trying it. The food was all cold and bland. The service staff even put both items into one bag instead of two bags."

Usually, the food quality and experience are okay. But today was just unpleasant. I went to buy Rojak You Tiao, and the lady said it was the last one. I said okay. So she packed it for me, gave me my food, and then I passed her $4. She said she didn't have $1 change. She insisted I had the change, or I should go to 7-Eleven for it. I was like, "What?" I asked, "What if I had $10? Could you give me back $7?" I saw she had a $5 and $2 in the register. She said no. I then asked, "Can I pay by NETS?" She said everything was closed already. What bullcrap is this? Luckily, the senior lady staff told her to just return the $1, which she actually had in the cash register. It was a waste of time. To make matters worse, the Rojak was cold, hard, and unpleasant to eat. Sad. A super sad supper for me.

Here's the edited review: "Bought the you tiao this morning. It's so tough. Need to dip in coffee, otherwise it's difficult to chew. I'm disappointed it's still the same after feedback."

They dug through the you tiaos to sell the worst-looking, dry, and shrivelled ones. Nasty.

Terrible service. The fried dough rojak was like a cold, hard rock, which I believe had been refried. The sauce was pre-packaged for DIY mixing instead of being prepared in-store for you. They skimp on their food quality, yet they keep increasing their prices.

Went to collect my item. Very disappointed, I was unable to collect because the staff mentioned they were very busy and unable to deep-fry pumpkin crackers. Totally wasted my money and bus trip there 👎😡 …

Tao Suan soup, even though it was a waste of my money.
