The equipment here is the best that I have used throughout my entire gym journey. Jun Keat, as a trainer, has helped me a lot with my knowledge of training and even helped me improve some of my weak body parts. He has also helped me improve my strength for some exercises. Overall, he is a great coach to work with, and I am very thankful that I can work with him.

Absolutely in love with Gymmboxx, especially this outlet! Super clean and smells nice! Equipment is well-maintained, and if there are any faulty issues, they fix them ASAP. Staff are always collecting feedback from their members to constantly improve. Recently, they added some good machines like the Hip Thrust, Pendulum squat, etc. Best part is the warm fuzzy feeling when you step into the gym. All the staff are super friendly, especially Kak Jul, always smiling! Kudos to all!🔥

I've been a member of this gym since 2021, and the quality has dropped tremendously. Quality and experience do not warrant me paying almost $100/month. I do not see myself renewing. Free weights are left lying around, and even when put back on the rack, they are not in proper order. Random padding from equipment goes missing, and the remaining 'skeleton' is left in the workout area without proper signage. Rubber knobs for cable machines have been missing since a year ago, and we are all touching the bare steel when adjusting the cables. Last year, the clock was dead and left unchanged for six months. Staff doesn’t bother to walk the gym floor or greet their members. Lack of staff presence on the gym floor means they don't know how messy the gym is throughout the day. The towels used for wiping equipment have been the same for many months, and I'm not even sure if they're washed. There are no efforts to forge relationships with members, unlike in the past. It has come to the point where regular gym-goers have to remind others to put their weights back. I had surgery last year and was not allowed to pause my membership, even with a doctor's note. I had to write a complaint email to HQ to appeal my case. Honestly, it’s sad to see what the gym has become.

Staff are friendly and helpful. It would be nice if the gym could emphasize gym etiquette, e.g., members refraining from interrupting others to give unsolicited training advice or make small talk. It can affect one's concentration and safety. Besides, most people see gym time as 'me time' and prefer not to be disturbed, except to share equipment or get help.

10/10 gym. I recommend JK (Jun Keat) if you are a beginner like me, who only knows how to use treadmills but wants to incorporate weight training into your routine with guidance from a personal trainer. He’s the perfect trainer who will support you 100% throughout your fitness journey. He planned workout routines tailored to my fitness goals. He paid attention to my posture during heavy lifting and made sure my form was correct. Also, whenever I had any questions or wanted to learn new exercises, he was always willing to teach me more. Couldn’t have asked for a better trainer as a beginner, and I am so thankful for the 3 months of training I had with him!

I had the pleasure of training with JK (JunKeat) for the past 6 months, and I can confidently say that he is extremely good at what he does. JK was my first PT, and I was quite nervous as I was basically a newbie to the gym. From the very first session, it was clear that JK is not just a trainer but a dedicated coach who genuinely cares about his clients' progress and well-being. He tailors each workout to suit my individual goals and abilities. His enthusiasm for fitness is infectious, making each session enjoyable and rewarding. Beyond the workouts, JK provides invaluable guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices, ensuring that I make positive changes outside of the gym as well. The facility is well-maintained and clean; however, a few fans appear to be non-functional despite being switched on. The front desk staff is courteous and professional. The gym tends to become crowded around 7 PM, which may make accessing certain machines more difficult. Overall, it is an excellent facility with strong amenities.
