Really helpful staff members, especially these two! They were super friendly and accommodating. Out of all the outlets I've been to so far, I felt the safest and most comfortable working out here. 10/10. A win for the gym gurlies as well. Gym cleanliness: 10/10 as well. Canberra Gymmboxx ftw!

Staff are friendly and helpful. It would be nice if the gym could emphasize gym etiquette, e.g., members refraining from interrupting others to give unsolicited training advice or make small talk. It can affect one's concentration and safety. Besides, most people see gym time as 'me time' and prefer not to be disturbed, except to share equipment or get help.

A very good gym with excellent facilities. I would also like to personally recommend JK aka Jun Keat for those looking for personal trainers, as during the three-plus months I trained under him, he helped me massively with weight training, cardio exercises, and nutrition plans. He was willing to push me to my limits when it came to exercises, introduced me to new types of cardio I could do to lose weight, and was also willing to adjust accordingly when I began experiencing personal issues midway through. He was also extremely attentive to my form and was more than willing to answer any questions I had regarding my fitness routine. Highly recommend this trainer, especially for beginners who may be confused on how to start working out in the gym!

I can't believe it's been a year and a half since I first walked through the doors of this incredible gym! From day one, the atmosphere here has been nothing short of amazing. Sayyid, one of the staff members, guided me through the registration process, and his genuine enthusiasm for helping me succeed has been a constant source of motivation. I remember when I was still figuring things out, feeling a bit lost among all the machines and weights. Sayyid went above and beyond, offering to help me perfect my form even outside of his regular work hours. His dedication made me realize that this gym is more than just a place to work out—it's a supportive community where everyone is committed to helping each other grow. But it's not just Sayyid who makes this gym special; every staff member here is incredibly friendly and always willing to lend a hand. And let's talk about the equipment—it's always in top-notch condition, making every workout session a breeze. Overall, I can't recommend this gym highly enough. It's more than just a place to exercise; it's become my second home. If you're looking for a welcoming environment, top-notch equipment, and staff members who genuinely care about your success, look no further. This gym has it all!

Every time I enter this gym, it's always good vibes, good people, and a positive environment. Never have I encountered any bad experience here. One staff member, Sayyid, made my experience far greater than it already was. The small talk we had, his jokes, and his friendliness and kindness are really unmatched. An easy 5/5.

10/10 gym. I recommend JK (Jun Keat) if you are a beginner like me, who only knows how to use treadmills but wants to incorporate weight training into your routine with guidance from a personal trainer. He’s the perfect trainer who will support you 100% throughout your fitness journey. He planned workout routines tailored to my fitness goals. He paid attention to my posture during heavy lifting and made sure my form was correct. Also, whenever I had any questions or wanted to learn new exercises, he was always willing to teach me more. Couldn’t have asked for a better trainer as a beginner, and I am so thankful for the 3 months of training I had with him!

Great gym with top-notch equipment and friendly staff, especially their personal trainers. I had the pleasure of training with JK (JunKeat) for the past 6 months, and I can confidently say that he is extremely good at what he does. JK was my first PT, and I was quite nervous as I was basically a newbie to the gym. From the very first session, it was clear that JK is not just a trainer but a dedicated coach who genuinely cares about his clients' progress and well-being. He tailors each workout to suit my individual goals and abilities. His enthusiasm for fitness is infectious, making each session enjoyable and rewarding. Beyond the workouts, JK provides invaluable guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices, ensuring that I make positive changes outside of the gym as well.
