I like their cute bubble tea egg pancake, which comes in original and taro flavors. Itās only available at the Canberra outlet. The pancake is soft and fluffy. The taro filling is not too sweet. I hope they come out with new flavors like cheese and chocolate š. I tried their monthly drink (June edition), the Yakult Kiwi Green Tea. It was refreshing and nice.

Got their new pancakes to try! Super cute and adorable. Made to order. They are sold in sets of 2 pieces. The taro filling was very little, and I couldn't taste much of a difference. Get the original instead. Really, really sweet, though, so best to have with a strong tea!

So many things were out of stock (see photo). Attempted to claim a Shopee voucher for winter melon. Was told to come back after 25 March or to switch to an item of lower value. As it is too inconvenient for me to come back again, decided to take the item of lower value. Never buying another voucher for this chain.

Drinks weren't nice. I was expectant and looking forward to them, but the passion fruit green tea doesn't have any tea taste. Neither does the tea latte, which was supposed to be strong and double the flavor.

Friendly staff, especially the one taking the order. The milk tea is nice, and the pearls/bubbles are chewy. If you like strong tea, you can order their Double Tea Latte :)

I love YiFang Taiwan Fruit Tea! Their fruit tea is always refreshing and full of natural flavors. You can really taste the fresh fruit, and the tea itself is well-balancedānot too sweet. The passion fruit green tea is my personal favorite. It has just the right amount of tartness and sweetness. Highly recommend!

Surprisingly, its floor area is quite spacious and has a row of 'unique' seating areas for 'drinking'. Otherwise, I think the tea is quite normal, the same as many other bubble tea places. However, given only two choices in this areaāi.e., Koi at the MRT side and this at the mall itselfāthere aren't really many other choices. Prices are a bit on the high side and seem to have increased again, as the website is showing different (lower) prices. Maybe they forgot to update their website, or they have literally just increased prices.

Here's the edited review: "Tried the black tea with unsweetened soya milk. It is healthy for those cutting down on sugar. There is a dining area which is pleasant and cooling. Will come back and try other tea choices."
