Here's the lightly edited review: This Canberra branch is one of the friendliest I’d been to. The two female staff members are really helpful and friendly, always with a smile. They cheered up my morning. I was there for breakfast on November 9, 2023. Keep it up!

The staff here are extremely rude; they constantly chitchat among themselves, gossip, and use loud curse words in front of customers, blatantly ignoring their presence. On one occasion, a staff member even spoke to me very rudely, so I definitely do not recommend coming here. The customers here are also especially noisy and loud.

Super slow service. Only one person taking orders and making drinks. Stood in front of the cashier for a few minutes until I couldn't be bothered and walked away. The most lousy Starbucks in SG.

Favorite coffee hangout with free Wi-Fi, offering Arabica espresso, Americano, latte, macchiato, and cappuccino, as well as sandwiches, pastries, cakes, other bakery items, beverages, and Western delights. Spacious, air-conditioned lounge with a relaxing atmosphere for breakfast, lunch, high tea, dinner, and supper, with views of Canberra's greenery, away from busy cityscapes. Freshly prepared food with healthy ingredients, tender, loving, and skillful baking, and warm service. Conveniently located in the heart of the Canberra Plaza neighborhood, with a covered pathway providing walking access to Canberra MRT station. Plenty of dining, shopping, supermarkets, groceries, sundries, electronics, telecommunication services, and amenities are nearby. It's also just one MRT station from Northpoint City, which is connected by a covered pathway within walking distance to Yishun MRT station, the bus interchange, Yishun Town Gardens, and Yishun Town Square. This area also offers plenty of dining, shopping, banking, supermarkets, a library, cinemas, entertainment, groceries, sundries, postage services, a community center, and other amenities. Friendly, cozy, comfortable, welcoming ambiance for romantic couples, groups, students, expats, locals, visitors, and families.

Nice cafe for a Sunday visit. Not many people on weekends. The staff are very nice and kind. Nowadays, you can also order via the Starbucks App. Very convenient and quick. I love it.

The cashier was really helpful! She helped me check the values of my cards as I wasn't sure. But the drinks I got were filled with too much ice. And I finished my drink in barely 5 sips!

Hubby and I had our hot cappuccino in paper cups instead of mugs, even though we dined in. Disappointed ☹️

Here's the edited review: Situated in a rather quiet mall, it feels peaceful there. However, the tables get filled up fast. Cakes served were fresh! And coffee served in porcelain cups was good! One of the best Starbucks experiences!

I really enjoy Starbucks muffins. They look incredibly sweet and mass-produced, but actually taste really good. They're a generous size and not overly sweet or oily. They're also good for a late-night snack when everything else is closed. I've tried both the blueberry and banana walnut muffins. The blueberry one is a little sweet but still manageable. I love the banana walnut one that usually sells out quickly. The young lady serving me on a late Saturday evening was so friendly and chirpy. It was almost 10 pm, but she remained unfazed by the small crowd that gathered. She was very smiley and courteous :) 👍🏻

Poor and rude staff. Ever heard of a Starbucks that can reserve seats? Apparently, you can here. I was standing beside a couple leaving, and as I was about to take a seat, I was told by the staff to make way for another group who apparently “reserved” seats. Sure, she found other seats for me, so I proceeded to order at the counter, with my partner telling her those seats she found for us should technically be reserved for us, given her “concept” of hospitality. After ordering, another group of customers took “our newfound seats.” So we approached the same staff, asking, “Didn't we reserve those seats?” She just blamed us for not sitting down. This lack of consistency from the staff is utterly ridiculous. Never heard of a Starbucks where someone can reserve seats. Hope you can retrain your staff to not lack competency.
