Paid $7.90 for pork cutlet fried rice.
My main issue is I hate their small plate and the lack of space for the sambal chili. The rice was fluffy, but I think it was lacking in taste. The cutlet was tasty but not very tender and hence difficult to cut, though it offered a decent bite.
Sambal chili can be mixed into the rice to make up for the lack of taste. But again, it was difficult because of the small plate. Pricing-wise, surprisingly, it is average for an air-conditioned location. Not sure why fried rice is so expensive.
Please get a larger plate.
Ordered chicken chop rice for takeaway. Waited for 45 minutes only to be told that chicken chop had run out. Please don't take orders if you cannot fulfil.
Hi, my fried rice tastes spoiled. The prawns are mushy, and the rice has a fishy taste. It’s really bad, and I never had such bad fried rice from this chain before. Something is definitely wrong.
Food Quality:
Ordered Pork Cutlet Fried Rice.
- The rice and pork cutlet are way too oily.
- The pork cutlet was not tender and hard to cut.
Kitchen area is not clean at all with wet flooring.
Here's an edited version:
"I dined in today at 11 am. The maintenance guy was draining a drain, and the whole place was so smelly. They also didn't provide a small saucer for the chilli."
The fried rice is done right with wokhei, and the seasoning is right on. The pork cutlet is spot on; it's so tender one could cut it with a spoon. The price is good. One would rather order here than go to a coffee shop stall.
