Friendly staff, especially the person taking the order. The milk tea is nice, and the pearls/bubbles are chewy. If you like strong tea, you can order their double tea latte.

"I tried their new pancakes! They're super cute and adorable, and made to order. They're sold in sets of two. The taro filling was sparse, and I couldn't taste much of a difference. Get the original flavor instead. They are very sweet, so it's best to have them with a strong tea!"

I like their cute bubble tea egg pancake. It comes in original and taro-flavored egg pancakes, which are only available at the Canberra outlet. The pancake is soft and fluffy, and the taro filling isn't too sweet. I hope they come out with new flavors like cheese and chocolate 😋. I also tried their monthly drink (June edition), the Yakult Kiwi Green Tea, which was refreshing and nice.

"Closed shell outlets today without any warning beforehand. I bought a Shopee voucher today, and they don't allow refunds. It's barbaric. Expect people who stay in Sengkang to go to town to redeem it. This is another joke. They do nothing to chase Shopee for updates. They want to purposely wait until the voucher expires so they can cheat customers out of their money. Your company's attitude really shows."

First time here for just a haircut (wash and blow-dry included) to try their service. It was a very comfortable experience. My hair wasn't in the best condition, but Johnny didn't comment much, which I appreciated. There was no upselling, minimal small talk, and he just focused on the haircut. He was also mindful of not cutting it too short. I would definitely revisit for a treatment soon! Thank you!

Went to the Canberra Plaza branch last Friday, May 9th, in the early afternoon and was served by Jason (based in the Sengkang branch). I sought consultations from him regarding straightening my hair, but not too straight. After some deliberation, I decided to go for a keratin treatment. I must say I was very impressed with the outcome and how soft my hair is – and not too wavy, which is what I'd been wanting. I did have a few questions regarding maintenance and how to keep the treatment long-lasting, and he was able to answer my queries with confidence. Kudos to him on the great service, and I will definitely come back again and am willing to travel all the way to Sengkang for his service. Thanks, Jason!
